Usability research report
A usability survey report is a report that summarizes the results of a survey that evaluates the usability of a website. In usability research, we give subjects a task and investigate what makes it easy to use, what makes it difficult to use, and what problems there are when carrying out the task. Since access analysis data only shows numerical values, we conduct usability surveys to discover points for improvement in usability and design.
