YouTube is wide. It’s the website that has the most searches, has well over a billion users, and people spend countless hours on the site. It’s also become a forum in its own right for YouTubers to become superstars.
YouTube has videos on any topic possible, from cooking shows to streamers. Below, we’ve put together a list of the most subscribed channels and YouTubers. It is a fairly varied list.
1. T-Series (154m Subscribers)
PewDiePie was the most commonly followed YouTube channel for 1,920 days. Then T-Series, a record label and film production company from India, came along. Despite trying his best to keep ahead of the T-Series, PewDiePie is far, far behind now.
The material on the channel is an immense array of artistic work from T-Series music videos, movies, clips, and trailers. Only time will tell if the top spot will ever be retaken by PewDiePie.
2. PewDiePie (106m Subscribers)
By far the world’s most popular YouTuber, he’s also one of the highest earners on the web, due in part to a number of controversies and his rivalry with another channel, T-Series. Gaming, including live streams of him playing, is PewDiePie’s main subject. He also does a lot of vlogging, collaborations, and his own meme review series with other YouTubers.
3. Cocomelon (93.8m Subcribers)
The high location of our only children’s channel in the list shows how many young kids watch YouTube videos. For parents, the platform has become an easy way to keep their children entertained, especially with its autoplay feature.
The channel itself has what its title suggests exactly. A large bank of nursery rhymes about a variety of topics, featuring a cartoonish style of CGI characters and locations.
4. 5 Minutes Crafts (68.4m Subscribers)
And we have 5-Minute Crafts, a DIY platform that covers a whole range of topics, in the final three. It has gone from strength to strength since it was originally launched in 2016 and is the most subscribed channel of its kind.
In addition to craft videos, 5-Minute Projects, along with content for children and parents, also contains life hacks for every aspect of your life.
5. WWE (66.4m Subscribers)
The most popular sports channel on the list is WWE, or World Wrestling Entertainment. Recaps of recent matches, full matches, and plenty of clips from their archives, including classic fights and interviews, are available from the WWE channel.
6. Kid Diana Show (63.6m Subscribers)
Children’s channels on YouTube are extremely popular, so we have a few such channels on the list. This one focuses on a girl named Diana, reflecting on her life and what it is like to be a child.
Toy unboxing, challenges, trips out and about, and other things that kids get up to are the recordings. A definition that just a few years ago would have seemed bizarre, but here we are.
7. Zee Music Company (61.9m Subscribers)
Music videos, some of which are from movies and television shows, are the content of the channel. The channel claims it has over 220k hours of video content aggregated.
8. Like Nastya Vlog (60.7m Subscribers)
Kicking the list off is the Russian Federation’s most subscribed channel. Like Nastya and her parents who run the channel, recreating scenes from movies and TV shows, singing songs and nursery rhymes, and going on trips, it features aimed at children.
Like Nastya, it also has another channel with 15m subscribers, simply named ‘Like Nastya,’ which produces similar content, but with a greater emphasis on playing and traveling to amusement and activity parks.
9. Canal KondZilla (60.4m Subscribers)
This time, back to music, we have Konrad Cunha Dantas’s Canal KondZilla channel. Dantas is a KondZilla Records music video producer and owner, and he shares KondZilla’s music on his website. Unsurprisingly, the channel contains tons of music videos, including some clips behind the scenes.
10. Justin Bieber (57m Subscribers)
Pop takes you far on YouTube, obviously. First, we have the sensation of kid music transformed into just a normal music sensation, Justin Bieber. In reality, Bieber was discovered on YouTube, so it makes sense to be so high up the list for him.
The videos from his channel are what we expect from musicians: music videos, promotional content, interviews, and clips behind the scenes.
