1. Listen to Music During Work
While we are listening to music we get more feelings that can push us to do the work with motivation and high power. If we listen to our favorite song the motivation will get more than a simple song. our feeling depends on music also if we listen to sad music or music that make us feel bad so the work gonna loses.
2. Washing your face frequently
If you working for a long time it makes you bored and more stressed that is the reason to make you more pressure and difficult to continue to work. Washing face can help you fresher, make you unsleepy, decrease the stresses and improve your productivity.
3. Relax 10mn after work for an hour
Every time you work it takes a long time to complete or finish. So please make space for your relax don’t push to work too much. Let your body rest 10minutes and then continue your work. 10minute you can walk to outside, talk to your friend, sing alone, straight out, and close your eye and stop thinking everything just let yourself take a nap.
