[KIT] How to be at your best?

Have you ever woken up and feels like you don’t want to do anything? Have you ever randomly feels like your life is useless? Have you ever feels like you are not being you? These feelings are natural for human beings especially for this age. Most people experience but they either go through with it or the problem just seems to go away. These problems go away because they did not realized they have solved it. This article is to show you how to solve these complex feeling and make you the best at being you.

To begin with, you need to have a full sleep. Full sleep does not mean you have to have an eight hour sleep everyday. Full sleep means the deep sleep, the relaxing moment for the brain and for it to dream. Full sleep can make you happier and make your life feel more fulfilling. In addition, full sleep also make you feel fresh and energetic when you wake up. You will not need any coffee or tea to make yourself feels awake. Full sleep will make you brain healthier and help in boosting the long term memory. So how do you get a full sleep? Just sleep as much as your body need!!!. You should push your body to wake up. You should let your body rest as much as it wants so that it will not be tired and feels fatigue every time. Most people limit their sleeping hours but sleeping hours differ for people. Some require more than others because they are physically or mentally more active than others. That is why you need to let your body and mind rest as much as it needs.

Furthermore, knows that your current situation does not define who you are for life. Your life keep on changing rapidly and you probably will not even notice it. Looking back at your life one year ago, five years ago and ten years ago and compare to now. Do you still think you are the same? No !!! You will see how huge an improvement you have made. Most of the time, people are blind by their current situation and think that they will stuck there forever but they usually always find a way out at some point even if it take days, months or years, there will always be a way out. So, when ever you find your self stuck and unable to move forward, you just need to keep going with that feeling until you realized that you are out!!. Remember, your current situation will defined you now but not in the future.

In conclusion, these are just some ways that you can use to be your best. Life is not always sunshine and rainbow. There will be times that you will be down and thought that you can’t get up but when ever you find your self at this kind of situation, just remember to keep going and see it through till the end even though in the end you might fail or succeed.
