[KIT] How To Bake A Cake

In these days society, there are some people who want to learn how to bake a cake in their family, because there might be some friends who want to come over and do the birthday party. In this way they want to do something fun to make the party hype up. 

In this article, we are going to teach you how to bake a cake easily and it is just a few steps to do it.


1. Prepare the Ingredients all the ingredients that you need are:

  • 3 cup all purpose flour
  • 4 cup egg
  • 2 teaspoon baking soda
  • 2 teaspoon vanilla essence
  • 1 1/2 cup powdered sugar
  • 1 cup butter
  • 1 cup milk

2. Make the cream for the cake

In this step, we are going to mix butter and sugar together. Mix it until it is light and fluffy. When it is done, put a few eggs and beat it up then add it into the mixed butter and sugar. Whisk them until it turns white and creamy.

3. Making the cake

In this step, first we need to pour all the flour and the baking soda that we have prepared into a bowl then whisk the baking soda evenly with the flour. Then add the eggs that have been left, beat them evenly and pour it into the bowl that has the baking soda and the flour that we have mixed, it becomes batter. Here if you want your cake fluffy and soft, you need to add a little milk into it but be careful not to add too much or your cake will become a mess. Then let us add some vanilla to make the smell of the egg better because vanilla is  important to the camouflage of the egg and make it into whatever the shape that we want.

4. Bake the cake

Here we are, the step of baking the cake. Here, we have to sprinkle some maida into the prepared mixture you made to avoid it sticking with the base. Take your tin out and pour the prepared mixture into the tin and place it properly in the stand of the cooker, make sure the tin does not touch the base of the cooker. Increase the temperature and pressure, cook it around 2 minutes then remove the whistle out and cook another 35 to 40 minute with low flame. In this step if you are using the electric oven, adjust the temperature to 180 degree celsius for 30 to 35 minutes.

5. Check with knife to see if it is cooked and serve

Pull out a knife or metal item that is cleaned skew into the cake and pull it out if the knife is clean then the clean is ready and servable if it is not just cooked more 2-3 minute and do it once again until it is ready. 

Tips:

  • If you are making a homemade cake, make sure you mix the mixture well or you can use the electric blender to mix the ingredients, it will always be forty and light than mix it with your hand.
  • If you do not have any butter at your home, you can use ghee instead or the homemade white butter too.
