And the behaviors that are appropriate are everything from being able to manage conflict, be able to manage the pressure in a face-to-face negotiation,
- soft exposing: effective negotiators are able to watch for when there is more scope for negotiation. and the ability to look out, listen and open-mind with another person.
A good negotiator is really hard to archive but unless you should know what to do like everyone wants to succeed in their negotiation and they also want to get any benefit from those. However, within a negotiation, they want to control the flow of the discussion and understand every situation in the right way and they can debate or solve the problem properly. so in order to achieve those things. you need to transfer yourself to become a good negotiator in a negotiation. behavior is really important in the negotiation especially a good negotiator. they need to know which thing they should do and which they should not do in the negotiation. And it can help you to look more confident during the discussion. the strategy of negotiation: whenever you are a good negotiator, you should understand which situation you should negotiate. you should prefer win-win situation conflict or win-lose situations. Which one should you apply to? a negotiator needs to be flexible with those scenarios sometimes it depends on the circumstances but you should flexible when you want to override the idea, the problem is hard to solve, and when the conflict during the negotiation became bigger and bigger. you would prefer a win-lose negotiation. it depends on the situation that you put yourself in it. but it is better in a win-lose situation. because it is possible to avoid the conflict or fail negotiation with the other party side.
In my country, We negotiate when we have something to offer or we want something under different terms with the other party and they .mostly they always got successful in their negotiating, but we already had experience about demonstration and conflict between those party because of negotiation got to fail.
