[KIT]how to adapt in a diversity workplace?

Workplace is a place where people work for the employer or company to achieve the goal and involve different nationalities and different styles of work. The company that practices diversity strategy hires people from different nationalities, different backgrounds and personalities to work for their company, however it also applies to diversity of gender, ethnicity, age and languages. Why do they need to hire people from different nationalities to become a diverse workforce? And what is the benefit for beginning a diverse workforce?. These are some of the reasons why some companies practice diversity, first it would help employees who work for the company understand the wide rage culture, lifestyle of everyone from different cultures, way of how different people from other cultures work together and especially the way that people from different cultures communicate with each other. Diverse workforce allows for more ideas and processes and it is very helpful for the company. For example: if McDonal’s l practices a diverse strategy it will allow them to get more information from their employees to make it easy to target the customers from different nationalities because they can easily target the customer in all different nationalities and it is a good strategy to implement. How can they target those customers?. The company like McDonal’s can attract more customers by understanding what kind of food people in different countries love to eat and what kind of food that they don’t like to eat especially food to understand about the food culture of each country; like for example if they open their branch in Islam country they will understand how the peolpe in that country will not eat and they are allow to eat because of culture tight them. The diverse workforce to exchange the experience in a way that everyone can learn from each other to improve the communication skill, as well as a diversity of experiences and perspectives which increases the potential for increased productivity to all employees. The diversity workforce is very important because they can experience it even at university and students can adapt to the work environment when they finish from school. They can easily adapt to the real world in general the more we practice diversity to keep in touch with everyone and most importantly is that say no to “ Racism”. When we talk about racism everyone have the right to fight for justice and will reduce the discrimination from over world this is a very good example of diversity workforce that we can do it together for justice. A Diverse workforce helps us to be able to adapt and be aware of other people’s culture, the way different people live, the way they work and how we can live an equal life.
In Conclusion everyone deserve a better life no matter what they are or where they come from say no to racism.
