#4 Tips to reduce the Stress

  As we are humans that live on the planet we have to face a lot of problems no matter the situation that you are living in and always have some issue to deal with. Some problems are small and some problems are big. And sometimes all the issues come at the sametime that make you anxious. So, the Question is How do we deal with all these problems?

Today I want to share with you some effective Tips that deal with anxiety 

  1. Tip 1: Asking yourself 

If you stress you should find the root cause that makes you feel bad. Find the quiet place provide the time for yourself and start asking that: 

What’s going on in my mind?Why am I feeling anxious? After you can answer all this Question you start asking yourself again, How to solve this problem? When this Question is in your mind please start to solve it by positive thinking because all the problems always have different ways to exist. It means you have to think about it one by one and trust yourself that you can do it. you have many ways to solve if this solution cannot solve you have a lot of chances to go to other ways also. The solution that you have solved but it cannot reach just think that at least we know that the previous way we have to avoid in the future we cannot solve it in this situation anymore.

  1. Tip 2: Learn to excuse yourself 

“No one is perfect” I think this quote has many people who have heard it before, it’s just a simple quote but if you are trying to think about it you might feel relaxed because everyone has their own mistake, no one is never at fault but when you fault just change it. Please be kind of yourself, provide the opportunity to re-start it again. Or if you are less motivated or get tired just get the rest like other quote said that “if you are tired just get the rest but don’t give up”.

  1. Tip 3: Start to caring about yourself

Self care is the essential thing even mental health or physical health. Both are very important so make sure you have to care about it by balancing. 

Do experience everyday for at least 15 minutes. It is helpful for your body and if your body is well I think you have never get stressed easily. 

Meditation of at least 30 minutes to 1 hour a day is helpingful for your brain and always feels fresh. Eat a comfortable diet and have the balance it can gain your thinking.

  1. Tip 4: Go outside

Give the time for yourself even if you are busy with anxiety work. Provide the gift for yourself by going to your favorite place and eat something that you want, leave all the work in your mind and start thinking about the environment that surrounds you that is the beautiful thing.
