Real leaders have no problem controlling one person. You should not feel intimidated when someone disagrees with you, asks questions about your thinking, or puts their own ideas to work. Open your heart and give goodness where good is due.

The best way to become a good leader is to keep learning new things. It sharpens your mind and refreshes your skills. It gives you new challenges that can always happen. Good of the leader.
For my experiences:
When I was in high school, I used to be a student who hate to be a leader because I am not confident and can not be truth. I am not a person who have responsibility. Until one day, I realized I was wrong the whole time. I though, I was smart because I did not do anytime and got the same result as a hardly working student. So I decided to change and learn how to be a leader.
First: I have to follow all the rule that I made because I knew if I wanted to be a leader, I have to learn how to follow first.
Second: I always learn about new thing. Sometimes, I knew it will give me a hard time for doing it but I have to think positive and accept it. Guess what? I made it.
Third: I have to understand the situation and inspire other to continue and never give up on something that how I had learn a lot of time from that time.
