Thin? Eat much but not gain weight? Do not dare to take gaining medicine because you don’t trust them? Wanna gain weight with natural methods? Here are some tips that can help you.

1.Do not leave on an empty stomach for more than 4 hours

Your body needs a lot of energy for growing and becoming strong. That is why you must eat some things every 4 hours besides those three main foods. Please be noted that you have to eat food that is good for your health and do not eat too much just be enough.

2.Eat variety of foods at a time

You do not have to eat too much at a time but you should find a variety of food to eat such as fruits, vegetables, meat, chocolate, snacks and dried fruits.

3.Eat food that provide high energy

You should not only eat food that good for your health but also give you high energy such as a handful of dried grapes without sugar,chocolate including rice and some dishes that you like.

4.Drink a lot of water

For this one I do not mean that you can drink a lot because you drink any type of alcohol or energy drinks but instead of this you should drink soy milk, natural fruit juice especially carrot juice and milk.

5.Eat before going to bed

Do not go to bed with empty stomach you should has something to eat and the best things you should have are salad,vegetables, green beans, chicken breast or butter bread.
