Nowadays, we are facing sleeping problems especially for teenagers. As I remember when I was in high school I never came to school on time. This attitude infected both my personal life and studying. I became super lazy, my health went down and also my grade went bad. But now I can get up early and I will share with you some tips to get up early.
1.Go to bed early
It is very important because people need to get enough sleep to keep healthy. Let’s say Teenagers from 14-17 years old need 8 hours per day for sleeping so they can start from 10pm to 6 am. Young adults from 18 to 25 years old need 7 hour per day for sleeping so they can start from 10pm to 5am. From this you can get enough sleep without feeling tired.
2.Finish your homework/assignment
Thinking is affecting your sleeping. If you go to bed but you haven’t finished your homework or assignment you cannot sleep tight due to your brain still processing and worrying about tomorrow, you worry that your teacher may ask you, your teacher will collect the homework. Thus, my recommendation is to finish all your homework and assignment.
3. Reading
It would be good if you can spend your time reading any book just for 10 pages at least. The best time for reading is before going to bed because in case you cannot sleep books are the effective pills for sleeping. It gives both value for your sleeping and education.
4.Do not drink much water at night
Water is very important for your health that is why doctors recommend people to drink it as much as they can. Due to this, It means that you should drink water in the morning and afternoon and drink less at night. If you drink water a lot at night your will pee in the early morning. When you go to pee and back you cannot sleep so you use your phone that will affect both your sleeping and eyes.
